    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • When is my rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

  • I’m an investor, interested in your management services? How can I learn more?

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are allowed with an additional fee. 

  • What is the application process?

    Please view our available units and click "Apply Now" on your desired vacancy.

  • How can I schedule a time to view the property?

    You can schedule your own tour of our units by clicking on the unit you are interested in and selecting “schedule a viewing”

  • What are your income requirements?

    We require your monthly income to be at least 2.5x the monthly rent.

  • How long is my lease term?

    All of our leases are 1 year.

  • What is the late policy?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month, however late fees won’t go into effect until the 6th. It is a $25 charge and then an additional $5 per day. 

  • Can I smoke in the house/apartment?

    We do not allow smoking in our units or within ten feet of them.

  • What if I want out of my lease agreement early?

    We will allow you to find a tenant. They must fill out an application and meet all of the requirements to qualify.

Storage Rentals

This facility is temperature controlled with 24 hour access to our customers via their own electronic key fob. It also features a cold storage option to store boats, rvs, etc during the winter months. Renting a storage unit with Northside Muncie Self Storage is as simple as selecting your desired unit on our website and paying to reserve it online. Once a unit is reserved, a staff member will reach out to schedule a time to give you a key fob for access.
