Rent is due on the 1st of each month, however late fees won’t go into effect until the 6th. It is a $25 charge and then an additional $5 per day.
We do not allow smoking in our units or within ten feet of them.

This facility is temperature controlled with 24 hour access to our customers via their own electronic key fob. It also features a cold storage option to store boats, rvs, etc during the winter months. Renting a storage unit with Northside Muncie Self Storage is as simple as selecting your desired unit on our website and paying to reserve it online. Once a unit is reserved, a staff member will reach out to schedule a time to give you a key fob for access.
